Blood orange pasta class

Blood oranges will be at the centre of our February classes using the whole fruit, with long strands of zest to finish off a cavolo nero pasta dish to a wholesome cake topped with a blood orange slice.

Ticket includes making two beautiful pasta shapes from scratch, dinning communally with our collection of tableware, a glass of natural orange wine, sides of organic nocellara olives and sourdough bread, and a dessert.
